I recently traveled through Indira Gandhi Airport in Delhi and had a generally positive experience. The wheelchair assistance service was efficient and helpful, making it easy for me to navigate the airport.

The cafe and food court options were a welcome convenience, offering a range of choices to suit different tastes and dietary needs.

The lounge staff were particularly friendly and accommodating, making me feel valued and comfortable during my wait.

One area for improvement is the seating in the arrivals area. While waiting for luggage, it would be helpful to have more chairs available to reduce congestion and discomfort.

On a positive note, the toilets were clean and well-maintained, which is always a relief when traveling.

Overall, I would recommend Indira Gandhi Airport for its helpful staff, convenient amenities, and overall cleanliness. With a few tweaks to address the seating issue, it could truly excel as a world-class airport.

One thing I really liked about this airport is how easy it is to reach using public transport, like the metro or city buses. No matter where you are in Delhi, you can always find a nearby metro station to conveniently and cost-effectively get here. Regarding the services, the staff are very helpful, with some available to assist in carrying luggage. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. The toilets are clean and well-maintained, adding to the comfort. Even if you get lost, there are always people around ready to help. Overall, a wonderful experience!
